Set paragraph alignment

  1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  2. Select the paragraph(s) you want to align.
  3. On the Formatting toolbar, click one of the following:
    • Align Left Button image
    • Center Button image
    • Align Right Button image
    • Justify Button image

    If the Formatting toolbar is hidden, on the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Formatting.
