Remove sorting options from a Data View

1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design .
2. Place the insertion point in a Data View.
3. On the Data View Details task pane, click Sort & Group.
4. In the Sort and Group dialog box, under Sort Order, select the field you want.
5. Press DELETE.
