Resize a graphic

Right-click the graphic, and then click Picture Properties on the shortcut menu.
Under Size, select the Specify size check box.
In the Height and Width boxes, type or select the pixel or percent values you want.
To specify whether you want to adjust the aspect ratio of the graphic after you resize it, select or clear the Keep aspect ratio check box.
To resample the graphic according to its new size, in the lower-right corner of the graphic, click Picture Actions , and then select Resample Picture to Match Size.
