Add a marquee

1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design .
2. Click where you want to add the marquee, and then type and select that text.
3. On the Insert menu, click Web Component.
4. Under Component type, click Dynamic Effects.
5. Under Choose an effect, double-click Marquee.
6. Set the properties that you want for the marquee.
