Add or remove a border from a graphic

Do one of the following:

ShowAdd a border to a graphic

  1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  2. Right-click the graphic, and then click Picture Properties on the shortcut menu.
  3. Under Layout, in the Border thickness box, type or select a value to indicate the width of the border in pixels.
  4. To specify the style of the border, click Style, click Format, click Border, and then select the options you want.

Notes

  • If the graphic has a default hyperlink, the border will have the colors that you specified for hyperlinks.
  • You cannot change a beveled border around a graphic.

ShowRemove a border from a graphic

  1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design Button image.
  2. Right-click the graphic, and then click Picture Properties on the shortcut menu.
  3. Under Layout, in the Border thickness box, type 0 to indicate zero pixels.
