Add an animation effect to a page element

1. Select the element that you want to add an animation effect to.
2. On the DHTML Effects toolbar, in the On box, click the event that you want to start the effect.

   If the DHTML Effects toolbar is hidden, on the View menu, point to Toolbars, click Customize, and then select the DHTML Effects check box.

3. In the Apply box, click the effect you want.
4. In the box next to the Apply box, click the setting you want for the effect.
