When you create a gallery, you can add as many photos as you want. You can also add or remove photos at any time.
You can add photos from a variety of sources:
- Your computer or local Web site
- The World Wide Web
- The Microsoft Clip Organizer
- A scanner
- A digital camera
FrontPage offers you several ways to edit your photos after you have added them to the photo gallery:
- Size You can change the width or height of the photo. You can also choose to maintain the aspect ratio, so your photo does not become distorted.
Original Resized - Orientation You can rotate or flip the photo:
Original Rotated right 90 degrees Rotated left 90 degrees Flipped vertically Flipped horizontally - Crop You can crop the photo and display only the portions you want.
Original Cropped - Reset After making changes to the photo, you can click Reset to return the photo to its original state.
Below each photo in a photo gallery there is space for a caption and description. You can select the font style, color, and size of the caption. You can create the caption and description when you create the gallery, or you can change or remove it later.
When you create a photo gallery using one of the four layouts, a thumbnail of each photo is automatically created. You have the opportunity to set or change the size of the thumbnail at any time.
