Change the filters applied to a Data View
- Open a page that contains a Data View.
- In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design .
- In the Data View Details task pane, click Filter.
- In the Filter Criteria dialog box, do one or more of the following:
- Click Click here to add a new clause.
- Click the Field name box for the active row, and then select the field that contains the values you want.
- Click the Comparison box, and then select the type of comparison you want.
- Click the Value box, and then type or select the option you want.
- Click Advanced if you want to edit the XPath predicate for the filter query. The Advanced button is only available if your data source is an XML file.
- Click an existing clause.
- Click the Field name box for the active row, and then select the field that contains the values you want.
- Click the Comparison box, and then select the type of comparison you want.
- Click the Value box, and then type or select the option you want.
- Click Advanced if you want to edit the XPath predicate for the filter query.
- Click the clause you want, and then press DELETE.
Click OK.
