Why are some images or other files in my Web
site not represented in my Site Summary reports?
The Site Summary report does not, by default, display a summary of information for hidden files and folders. If your Web site contains files located in hidden folders, and you want those files to be included in this report, do the following:
- On the Tools menu, click Site Settings, then click the Advanced tab.
- Select the Show hidden files and folders check box.
Why am I not able to run a report that provides usage information about my Web site?
Usage reports are available only for top-level sites and subsites that are hosted on Web servers running SharePoint Team Services v1.0 from Microsoft, Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services, or FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions from Microsoft. Usage processing must also be turned on for the Web server.
Additionally, if the site is based on a server running Windows SharePoint Services, you must have administrator privileges for that server.
