Troubleshoot creating a navigation structure

Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003

You can reset the order of the hyperlinks on either a link bar based on a navigation structure or a custom link bar. To change a link bar based on a navigation structure, switch to Navigation view, and then drag each yellow node to the location you want. To change a custom link bar, do the following:

  1. Double-click the link bar.
  2. Click the hyperlink that you want to move.
  3. Click Move up or Move down.
  4. To reset the order of additional hyperlinks on the link bar, repeat steps 2 and 3.

ShowThe links I added to a link bar are not rendering correctly.

If you add link bars in a shared border, you must add the pages in Navigation view to ensure that they are displayed correctly.

A link bar is relative to each page, therefore if you use a link bar inside a shared border, it might be useful when you view it from one page, but when you view the link bar from a different page, the hyperlinks may not map correctly. Since a link bar inside a shared border has the same settings for all pages using the shared border, you must be careful how you set up the link bar.

ShowFrontPage is not generating a table of contents based on the navigation structure of my Web site.
