Change the page size in Page view

1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design or Preview .
2. On the View menu, point to Page Size, and then do one of the following:

   • To limit the page size to specific dimensions, click the size you want.

     Dashed lines appear and indicate which vertical sections of the page will appear in each screen for that size. If the window size has fewer pixels than your window size, gray areas appear next to the page and indicate the horizontal layout of the page for that size.

   • To maximize the page, click Current Page Size.
