Change the color of Japanese text during conversion

If you are not using the Japanese language version of Microsoft Office, then this feature is only available if you have installed the Office 2003 Multilingual User Interface Pack or Office 2003 Proofing Tools for Japanese. In addition, you must enable support for Japanese through Microsoft Office Language Settings.

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the Asian tab, click Undetermined String Colors.
3. Under Text color, select the color you want to apply to text before conversion.
