About sending a presentation for review

Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003

If you use Outlook as your e-mail program, then you can send a presentation for review in which Outlook automatically tracks changes made by reviewers. When you send a presentation for review using Outlook, a review request e-mail message is automatically created. This message includes an attached copy of the presentation and a follow up flag, as well as a brief text in the body of the message requesting that your presentation be reviewed.

ShowReviews using other e-mail programs, a network server, or disks

You can send a presentation for review if you are not using Outlook as your e-mail program, or you can send a presentation for review using a network server or disks if a reviewer is unable to accept attachments through e-mail. This method requires you to closely manage the review cycle of the presentation because it does not take advantage of the automatic tracking used by Outlook.

ShowPreviews and comments

If you simply want reviewers to preview your presentation or add comments, you can send a presentation as an attachment in an e-mail message. You might also want to send a presentation as an attachment to others who may not have an HTML-compatible e-mail program or access to a share folder on a network server.
