On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Control Toolbox.
Select the ActiveX control you want to create a macro for, and then in the Control Toolbox, click View Code
.
In Microsoft Visual Basic Editor, write a new macro or change the existing macro.
When you finish writing the macro, on the File menu, click Close and Return to Microsoft PowerPoint.
Note For more information about writing macros, see Microsoft Visual Basic Help.
Tip
If you're designing a form for use on a Web page rather than in Microsoft PowerPoint or a Microsoft Visual Basic program, use a Web script instead of a macro to automate the control.
