Use this process to modify Microsoft PowerPoint tables. Use the source program's Help for information about modifying tables that were created with another program.
Do one of the following:
Align text in the top, middle, or bottom of a cell
- If the Tables and Borders toolbar is not displayed, click Tables and Borders on the Standard toolbar.
- Select the cells you want to change.

Click Align Top , Center Vertically , or Align Bottom .
Align text on the right or left, or in the center of a cell
- Select the cells you want to change.
- On the Format menu, point to Alignment, then click Align Left, Center, Align Right, or Justify.
- Select the cells you want to change.
- On the Format menu, click Table, and then click the Text Box tab.

Adjust the measurements under Internal margin.

Press CTRL+TAB.
