Embed a presentation in Lotus Notes

1. In Lotus Notes, click the database you want.
2. Do one of the following:

   Embed a presentation in an existing document or form

   1. On the Create menu, select a document or form with an editable rich text field.
   2. Click in an editable rich text field.

   Embed a presentation in a new form

   1. On the Create menu, point to Design, and then click Form.
   2. Click where you want the embedded presentation to appear.

   Note  Lotus Notes 5.x requires Manager or Designer access to the database to design a new form.

3. On the Create menu, click Object.
4. Do one of the following:
   • To embed a new blank presentation, click Create a new object, and then click Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation in the Object type box.

   • To embed an existing presentation, click Create an object from a file, and then select the file you want.
