Change the handout master

  • On the View menu, point to Master, and then click Handout Master.
  • To see slide positioning using different layouts, click the various layout buttons on the Handout Master View toolbar.
  • Make your changes.
  • On the Handout Master View toolbar, click Close Master View.

    • Tip

    To see how your handouts will look when they print, on the Standard toolbar, click Print Preview Button image. Click the arrow in the Print What list, and then click Handouts for the number of slides you want per page.
