Make an exception to capitalizing the first letter of a word
- On the First Letter tab, under Don't capitalize after, type the word or abbreviation that you don't want followed by a capital letter.
- Click Add.
Make an exception to correcting two initial capitals
- On the INitial CAps tab, under Don't correct, type the word or phrase that you don't want AutoCorrect to fix.
- Click Add.
To delete an exception you have created, select an entry in the AutoCorrect Exceptions dialog box, and then click Delete.
