Copy the look and style of text

Select the text that has the style you want to copy.
On the Formatting toolbar, click Format Painter , and then select the text to which you want to apply the formatting.

Note You can't copy the font and font size on WordArt text.

You can apply the formatting to several text selections in succession. First, select the text whose style you want to copy, double-click Format Painter Button image , and then select each block of text, one by one, that you want to apply the formatting to.
