Set up an OLE object to open during a presentation

  • On the slide, select the icon or link to the OLE object you want to open.
  • On the Slide Show menu, click Action Settings.
  • Do one of the following:

    • To open the OLE object by clicking it during a slide show, click the Mouse Click tab.

    • To open the OLE object by moving the mouse pointer over it, click the Mouse Over tab.

  • Click Object action, and then click Open.

    • ShowTip

    To preview how the OLE object will open during the slide show, click Slide Show Button image at the lower left of the Microsoft PowerPoint window.
