Set up a program to open during a presentation

  • On the slide, select the text or object you want to use to open the program.
  • On the Slide Show menu, click Action Settings.
  • Do one of the following:

    • To open the program by clicking the selected object during the slide show, click the Mouse Click tab.

    • To open the program by moving the mouse pointer over the object, click the Mouse Over tab.

  • Click Run program, and then type the path or click Browse to find the program you want to open.

    • ShowTip

    Click Slide Show Button image at the lower left of the PowerPoint window to view how the presentation will run.
