You need Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 or later, and either Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, or any 32-bit e-mail program compatible with the Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI).
I don't have the original copy of my presentation, and I want to send a reviewer's copy for review.
For best results, you must always use your original presentation to send for review. If you can no longer locate your original presentation, then you can use a reviewer's copy to send for review, but you will not have access to any of the original information, such as layouts, templates or color schemes, that was in your original presentation; you will only have access to the information in the reviewer's presentation.
I sent a presentation for review but the reviewers don't see any linked objects.
You need to either include all linked files in your e-mail message, or embed the the linked files in the presentation you are sending for review.
Reviewers will see and be able to make changes to only those features within the version of PowerPoint they are using.
I can't send a single slide or the text on a slide for review using an e-mail message.
In PowerPoint, you can only send an entire presentation as an attachment in e-mail.
The Mail Recipient command does not appear on the Send To submenu (File menu).
Make sure you have installed either Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, or any 32-bit e-mail program compatible with the Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI)
The E-mail button doesn't appear on the Standard toolbar in PowerPoint.
If you don't have an e-mail program such as Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer, the E-mail button won't appear on the Standard toolbar.
