Use smart tags
You can use smart tags to perform actions in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 that you would normally open other programs to do. The purple dotted lines beneath text in your presentation indicate that a smart tag is available.
Smart tag indicators
- Move the insertion point over text underlined with a purple dotted
line until the
Smart Tag Actions button
appears. - Click the down arrow
to see the actions you can perform, and then
select an action.
