Format text using speech recognition

  • On the Language bar, click Microphone Button image if the microphone is not already turned on, and then click Voice Command Button image.
  • By using your mouse or keyboard, select the text you want to format.
  • Say the command you want. For example, say "Bold," or "Underline."

    In PowerPoint you can select text by using your voice. For example, you can say:

    • "select all"
    • "select word"
