- On the slide, select the paragraphs you want to align, center, or justify.
- To select a single paragraph, click the paragraph.
- To select all the paragraphs in a list, either drag to select all the text, or select the placeholder by clicking the text inside it, and then clicking the border.
- Do one of the following:
- On the Formatting
toolbar, click Align Left
, Align Right
, or Center
.
- On the Format menu, point to Alignment, and then click Justify.
- On the Formatting
toolbar, click Align Left
You can also select text on the Outline tab in normal view and change the paragraph alignment. The effect appears on the slide.
