- On the Tools menu, click AutoCorrect Options, and then click the AutoCorrect tab.
- Do one of the following:
- In the list of entries, click the row with the entry you want to change.
- Click Delete.
The old entry is now highlighted in the Replace box.
- Type the new entry in the Replace box.
- Click Add.
Change the correctly spelled entry
- In the list of entries, click the row with the entry you want to change.
- In the With box, select the old entry and type the new one over it.
- Click Replace.
In the message box that asks if you want to redefine this entry, click Yes.
