Use the color scheme of another slide or presentation

  1. Open both presentations, and then, on the Window menu, click Arrange All.
  2. In both presentations, display the Slides tab in normal view.
  3. Select the slide that has the color scheme you want to use.
  4. Do one of the following:

    ShowRecolor one slide

    • Click Format Painter Button image, click in the window of the second presentation, and then click the slide you want to apply the scheme to.

    ShowRecolor multiple slides

    1. Double-click Format Painter Button image, click in the window of the second presentation, and then click each slide you want to apply the color scheme to.

      If you want to apply the scheme to slides in a row, press SHIFT, and then click the first and last slide in the range.

    2. Press ESC when finished to cancel Format Painter.

Note  When you copy a slide's color scheme to another presentation, the color scheme becomes available in the Slide Design-Color Schemes task pane in the destination presentation.
