Exporting Data
Using the Export button on the CSV Data Import screen.
Click the Export button to export the current servers, regions, departments, user levels, extensions, Direct Dial numbers, Preferred Agent Groups, Company Contacts to a .csv file which can be used as a back up which can then be imported to any server.
