Deleting a Holiday
To delete a Holiday
- Select the Holiday you want to delete and right-click to display the Shortcut Menu.
- Click Delete.
- You will be prompted with a confirmation box.
- 3. Click Yes to delete or No or Cancel to cancel.
Preferred Agents Groups
To access the Preferred agents Groups
- Click on the Config button on the top menu.
- Open the Queues folder.
- Open the Preferred Agents Groups folder.
A list of your active Preferred Agent Groups will display.
