Deleting a Holiday

To delete a Holiday

1. Select the Holiday you want to delete and right-click to display the Shortcut Menu. 
2. Click Delete.

   

3. You will be prompted with a confirmation box.

   

4. 3.    Click Yes to delete or No or Cancel to cancel.

To access the Preferred agents Groups –

1. Click on the Config button on the top menu.
2. Open the Queues folder.
3. Open the Preferred Agents Groups folder.

A list of your active Preferred Agent Groups will display.
