Before Configuring Document Queuing

Before Document Queuing can be configured in IPFX:

the Document Queuing Module installation program must be installed on the appropriate mail server,
the Document Queuing Module configuration program must have been run on the mail server to configure the Document Queuing service,
the Document Queuing Module must be running on the mail server.

If these steps have not been performed, you will be unable to configure Document Queuing.

Note: Please speak with your PBX Vendor (Reseller) to have this module installed.
