4.4 LANSA Communications Library
The objects in the Communications Library are specific to a version of a LANSA system. Hence, if you have more than one LANSA system installed, it is recommended that you have multiple Communication Libraries. If you have customized your LANSA system installation or if you have multiple LANSA systems installed on a single IBM i, you may have created your own version of a Communications Library. For example, a QGPL2 library for a second LANSA system.
QGPL as the Communication Library
You must use a different library. To create the new library prior to upgrading your LANSA system, use the steps in 4.4.1 Change from QGPL to a LANSA Communications Library.
