Whether you are new to LANSA or are familiar with the installation/upgrade process, it is strongly recommended that you begin with Start Here. This section provides a summary of the tasks that you will need to complete.

If you are not familiar with the LANSA family of products, review What is LANSA? This section describes the software products and their basic architecture.

If this is your first time installing a LANSA system, review the Planning a New Installation before you begin the installation process.

It is recommended that you review the Requirements Checklist before you begin the software installation. This section provides general guidelines, and the hardware and software requirements for the LANSA software.

The remainder of the guide is divided into specific product installation tasks.
