Listener running on Application/Data Server
Check that the Listener program is running at the Application/Data Server.
Using a Validation List for Standard Authentication
The validation list must be created on the IBM i Web Server. You should be able to add or delete users from the validation list using the ADMIN IBM HTTP Server instance or calling LANSA's W3@P2301 program.
Add authority *PUBLIC *USE to both the validation list and the library it resides in.
