6.3.2 Configure IBM i Web Server for Communications with IBM i Data/Application Server

When using TCP/IP for communication between the IBM i Web Server and IBM i Data/Application Server, you may wish to create a subsystem for executing the Web Server router jobs (LWEB_WSRV). For installation of new systems, these steps are not necessary has it has been handled in the install process.

For more details, refer to the Router Job Subsystem in Step 4. Configure IBM i Web Server in the Configure LANSA for the Web on a Multi-tier IBM i Web Server task. This set up is very similar to the LANSA Listener set up on the Data/Application Server.
