2.2.1 Skills Requirements
Skills recommended for completing the LANSA software installation on IBM i:
- Working knowledge of IBM i.
- Experience with LANSA environments. This is an asset but not essential.
No LANSA programming experience is required to perform the installation.
If you are installing LANSA for the Web, the following skills are recommended:
- Familiarity with IBM HTTP Web Server powered by Apache or access to staff with these skills.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP (if used) or access to staff with these skills.
