Do I have to install all products at the same time?
When you perform a Custom install, you can install a single product or multiple products. Sometimes there are advantages of installing a single product in terms of testing, job logs, etc. Following are some general recommendations:
- LANSA for i and LANSA for the Web should be installed together. Where possible, use the Typical Install to install these products.
- LANSA Integrator can be installed separately, after you have completed the LANSA for i installation.
- The Open System Utilities can be installed separately, after you have completed the LANSA for i installation.
