4.2 Task: Upgrade an Existing LANSA for the Web - Web Server ONLY on IBM i
If you are using a multi-tier LANSA for the Web installation, you will have LANSA for the Web software installed on a separate IBM i machine acting as the Web Server. This IBM i machine may not have a LANSA for i system installed. Only the Web Server software for LANSA for the Web may need to be installed on the machine.
In order to update this IBM i Web Server, you will perform the following steps:

4.2.2 Start the Web Server upgrade
4.2.3 Select the Web Server to be upgraded
4.2.4 Start the Upgrade Process
Note: If you are using a single-tier installation, there is no need to perform a separate upgrade of the Web Server. The LANSA for the Web software is automatically updated with the LANSA for i software.
