3.12.2 3rd Party Libraries
3rd Party libraries may use different mechanisms to handle localizable strings. Refer to the documentation for each library for specific details. Wherever possible, 3rd party localization files will be found under scripts/i18n (e.g. jQuery) however, if specific requirements of the library prevent this, the localization files will be found within that library's home directory (e.g. jQuery UI and CKEditor).
