Setting locations in Console
Setting your own location to anything other than Queue will prevent you from receiving calls from the Operator queue.
For this reason, IPFX Ltd. recommends that you avoid changing your own location, except as required to log in and out of the Console.
You may be expected to set locations for other extensions, however.
