Recording the Auto Attendant Day Message:

Using your phone at reception

  1. Access your Voicemail mailbox in the usual way (The Default Mailbox extension number is 0#)
  2. From the Main Menu Press 9
  3. Press 2 to Record the Day Message
  4. Now follow the instructions as given by VoiceMail.
