Recording a Message
If a caller wants to leave a message with the Operator for a particular person, the Operator can record the message and have it delivered automatically:
- Right click on the person's DSS key. The extension's Location screen will appear.
- Click on the Record button (down the right hand side of the Location screen).
- This will record the conversation between the Operator and the Caller.
- Once finished the recording will automatically be delivered to the extension's mailbox.
