Transferring an External Call

When you answer the incoming call, the telephone icon will change from a Red to a Yellow phone () with the handset up in the air.

To transfer a call using on-screen DSS keys

1. Tell the caller you are transferring them now.
2. Click on the appropriate DD Button.

   If you have Release (Auto) enabled, the call will automatically transfer to the extension you have selected and disconnect, otherwise:

3. Click on the Release Button.

To transfer a call using the keyboard

1. Press the Minus key on your keyboard.
2. Enter the number of the extension to which you want to transfer the call.
3. Press Enter to complete the transfer.
