Calling an External Number Directly

To call an External number directly:

1. Click the Line button on the IPFX Console.
   DO NOT Dial 1 (or 9) for an outside line.
2. Type the number you want to call using your keyboard's numeric pad.
3. Press the Enter key on your computer keyboard.
4. Click Release when you want to disconnect yourself from the call.

Tip! If you frequently call an particular external number, consider setting up the number as a Speed Dial button. For information on how to do this, see Setting Up a Single DD Button.
