Using Alarm Bells on the IPFX Console
Alarm Bells alert you when there are calls queuing on the IPFX Console.
To turn Alarm Bells On:
- Click the Bell Icon (
) on the top tool bar. - Select Yes to turn Alarm bells On.
To turn Alarm Bells Off:
- 1. Click the Bell Icon () on the top tool bar.
- 2. Select No to turn Alarm bells Off.
Note: This function requires a sound card on your PC, it uses the 'Default Beep' sound event which will need to be configured with a desired sound.
