Deleting Mailboxes

Note: This is a IPFX Console Administrator User Level Feature

To delete a Mailbox that is no longer required within Voicemail

1. Click on the Telephone with the X Symbol icon (Delete Extension/Voicemail mailbox) on your top tool bar.
2. Enter the Extension number you want to Delete.
3. Click OK.
4. Click Yes to confirm you want this Extension Deleted.
