Transferring a Call to an extension with Voicemail

If you know an extension owner is either on a call or not at their desk, you can still transfer the call rather than putting the caller on Hold or taking a message from them.

  1. Inform the caller that if the person does not answer, they will be able to leave a message in their Voicemail.
  2. Click on the appropriate DSS key Button.
