Retrieving any Transferred Call

To retrieve a call that you have transferred:

  1. Click on the Pick Up Button.
  2. Click on the DSS key of the extension to which you have transferred the call.

You will now be reconnected with the caller, unless the call has been answered (by a person or by voicemail). You can now transfer the caller again as usual.
