Sending Enotes

You can easily send e-mail notes to an extension from that extension's Location screen.

To send an e-mail note ("Enote"):

1. Right-click on an extension in the Directory, or an extension's DSS key to open that extension's Location screen:

   

2. Click on the Enote button.
3. Enter your text into the Enote window that appears:

   

4. Click Email to send the message.

Note: The Enote function will only be available if Microsoft Outlook and CDO Components are installed on your computer.
