LDN Tab
LDNs are only available for IPFX Console (TAPI only). For Queuing Consoles, please refer to Queue Administration in the IPFX Administrator Guide.
The LDN Tab will be set up when the IPFX Console is installed. The Extension ID relates to an incoming number and the description labels that number. i.e. XYZ Company.
This allows the Operator to identify what number the caller has dialled so they can greet the caller appropriately.
The Answer On Tab allows you to select which Tab will display when the call is presented.
Note LDNs are useful when the Operator answers more than one main number.
Important Note If you are using a Queuing Console, then priorities and descriptions are handled as part of the Queue - see your IPFX Administrator for more details.
