Transferring a Caller to an External Number

Once you have answered the incoming call, and need to transfer offsite to an external number:

1. Tell the caller that you are transferring them now. (Ensure the Release Button is set to Manual).
2. Click on the Line Button (on the left hand side of your screen).
3. Dial the external number on your keyboard (you don't need to enter 1 or 9 for an outside line).
4. Press the Enter Key on your keyboard.
5. When the line beings to ring, click the Release Button.
